Turn off Junk E-mail filtering in Outlook 2003 and 2007
- Open Outlook.
- From the Tools menu choose Options.
- Click the Junk E-mail button.
- On the Options tab, choose the No Automatic Filtering radio button.

Click the Blocked Senders tab.
Note: You need to remove any addresses listed here. If none are listed, go to Step 7. - Click on the 1st address in the list. If needed, scroll to the end of the list. Hold down the Shift key and click on the last address. This should highlight all the addresses. Click Remove. The list Blocked Senders should now be empty.
- Click OK. Click OK.
- Quit and re-open Outlook.
Turn off Specific Rules and Alerts in Outlook 2003 and 2007
- Outlook should be open.
- From the Tools menu choose Rules and Alerts. A new window will open.
- Uncheck all rules that are present related to Junk E-mail.
- Click OK.
- Quit and re-open Outlook.
Turn off Junk E-mail filtering in Outlook 2010
- Open Outlook.

On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk and Junk E-mail Options.
- On the Options tab, choose the No Automatic Filtering radio button.

- Outlook should be open.

On the Home tab, in the Move group, click Rules and choose Manage Rules and Alerts. A new window will open.
- Uncheck all rules that are present related to Junk E-mail.
- Click OK.
- Quit and re-open Outlook.
