MAC Outlook 2011 Configuration With an Exchange '10 Account

Outlook 2011 configuration with Exchange 2010 is fairly easy to setup with the AutoDiscover service. You will only need the primary email address, username, and password to set up this configuration.

  1. Launch the Outlook 2011client. From here, select Tools and Accounts.

  2. Select Exchange Account.

  3. From here, enter the full e-mail address, user name, and password in the appropriate text boxes. Ensure that you have the Configure automatically check box selected. When you are done, click Add Account.

  4. You will be redirected to a pop-up window. Select Don’t ask me about this website again and click the Allow button, respectively.

  5. Now, you may restart Outlook 2011.
