How do I set Outlook 2010 to prompt for a password?
- Select File| Account Settings
- Highlight the Microsoft Exchange account.
- Click the Change icon.
- Click the More Settings button.
- Select the Security tab.
- Under "User identification", check the box in front of "Always prompt for logon credentials ".
- Click OK.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish.
- Close the Account Settings window.
