OneDrive won’t start

Modified on Thu, 13 Dec, 2018 at 11:47 AM

Open the Windows search bar and open the Run dialog then type: gpedit.msc and hit Enter to open Local Group Policy Editor.
Next navigate to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\OneDrive. In the right panel, double click Prevent the usage of OneDrive for File Storage.

Make sure that the options "Not Configured" or "Enabled" is chosen and save the changes. This option was originally unset, which should have worked just as if it was enabled. This should allow the OneDrive application to load properly.
