How to remote reboot a server.


If one of your servers is hang or you cant access it via RDP, simple run this command from any of the devices on the network.


  • Go to Start and run
  • Enter " Shutdown -r -f -m \\IPaddress      (replace the IPaddress withe primary IP of the server)


-r switch is restart

-f switch is force


It will take 30 seconds and the server will restart.
