How to fix alignment on QuickBooks checks or forms

If your QuickBooks checks or forms are printing out of alignment, you can adjust the alignment as follows.

1. Go to File > Printer Setup

2. Choose the type of form you are printing (in this example, Check/PayCheck).  From this window you can select the style of the paper you are printing to:

3. If further alignment adjustments are needed, you can click on the Align button.  From here you can adjust the printing up, down, left or right as needed.
