Step-by-Step

When in a Terminal Server session you may see a blue bar at the top of your screen that looks similar to the image below.

  1. If you see a blue bar like the one above DO NOT click the X on the right-hand side to close the session
  2. Press CTRL + ALT + END on your keyboard

     

  3. Click Log off or Sign out depending on the version of Windows
